computerized equipment. The goal of employing this equipment
is to enhance our technicians' ability to work smarter, faster
and more reliably. All of this transfers over to one thing tremendous

 Shark
uses ultrasound technology to acquire data. The emitters on
the probe send signals which are received by high frequency
microphones located in the beam. This whole process leaves the
operator free to concentrate on straightening to specifications
quickly--not on how to measure. The Shark system uses a lightweight
extruded aluminum beam, easily  handled
by one person. It is positioned under the vehicle without the
need for being level or parallel. It is connected by a communications
cable to a rugged console made for body shop use.

Ultimate in multiple
pulling capability. Pulls are individually controlled. Korek
rams can be positioned inches apart so we can make the additional
pulls your repair needs-high, low, up or down or any combination.
 Simple
one and two pull hookups are easy to master. Carry ten tons
of power in one hand to the exact spot you wish to pull from.
Perimeter rails give you unlimited freedom of position. Set
up a pull from any perimeter point, any height, any angle.
Korek can deliver a push too - from any
angle. The capability to push and brace is very important.
Korek can push from any angle around the car. Korek also provides
for pushing from underneath the vehicle at whatever angle
may be needed. The versatility of today's Korek system is
virtually unlimited.
Multiple pulls are easy to set up, easy
to control. Multiple pulls reduce the amount of force required
at any single point. Two or three pulls can be controlled
individually or together. Power rams can be built up to desired
height. Precision direction of pull can easily be achieved
from three or four points at one time. You get the control
you need.
Chainless anchoring system included helps
you set up vehicles in a fraction of the time. The Power-Lok
Chainless Anchoring System is included with both the Korek
and Korek II Systems. Power-Lok clamps down quick with Korek's
unique wedge - tightening system.

Our Paint Booth features double panel, solid interlock construction
with durable powder coated fininshed. The door is 3' wide and
is located on the front wall. It is sealed by closure in rubber
compression gasket and fitted with a tempered safety glass observation
window. Each mixing room is equipped with two overhead sealed
4-tube light fixtures utilzing color corrected lighting for
accurate color mixing and matching. The air is drawn into the
room, filter and exhausted with a 1000 CFM fan & motor ensuring
fresh air constantly circulating through the room. |
